We are proud to present the new editions of the two-volume series Esperanto por Lernejaj Klasoj.
Our program aims to elevate Esperanto instruction to the standards of the most widely taught languages. Using multisensory teaching materials, we emphasize a communicative and social approach, prioritizing active target-language use over traditional grammatical methods. Within this approach, the teacher acts as a facilitator of group learning rather than a lecturer.
Our methodology aligns with the recommendations of the International League of Esperanto Teachers (ILEI), reflecting the global trend of immersive, target-language-focused instruction. It also complies with the Council of Europe’s Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), the standard framework for measuring student proficiency and evaluating candidates for foreign language certificates.
Esperanto por Lernejaj Klasoj. consists of two beautifuly illustrated coursebooks, each accompanied by MP3 audio tracks and exercises. Additionally, the teacher has his Teacher’s Guide and a comprehensive folder (Helpa Teko) of supplementary materials, including printable classroom posters, texts, and extra exercises. This Helpa Teko is a free download eksklusive for teachers.
The MP3 directory features all the main introductory texts from the lessons, enthusiastically performed by Esperantist voice actors. This feature brings the lessons to life, creating a vibrant environment that motivates the students.
The Teacher’s Guide includes practical notes and suggestions in the margins of every page. These tips provide effective ways to introduce upcoming units and guide conversations, saving teachers valuable time and energy during lesson preparation.
